My empty living room wall sat blank for 6 months before I saw the lightbulb moment
I kept staring at this big wall in my apartment thinking a giant painting was the only option, then my neighbor showed me a gallery wall with 9 small framed photos he got at a thrift store for $12 total. Has anyone else found that mixing random frame sizes and colors actually looks better than matching sets?

My cousin did this in her hallway with old mismatched frames from goodwill, some of them are literally those cheap plastic ones with like ugly gold finish but mixed together it looks intentional and cool. She even threw in a random mirror and it lowkey works.
