Took me 45 minutes to get around a delivery truck parked in the bike lane yesterday

Market Street near 5th, this UPS truck was just sitting there blocking the whole lane. Had to go into traffic with cars honking. That's 45 minutes I could have spent actually riding. Anyone else have one spot that always causes issues?

Oh man, that's brutal. 45 minutes around one truck is insane. I've got a similar spot on Valencia where a FedEx truck parks in the bike lane almost every single day around 2pm. I have to swing out into traffic and drivers lose their minds because they think I'm cutting in line or something. One time I actually had a guy roll down his window and yell "get on the sidewalk" while I'm trying not to get hit. The city puts up those signs saying "don't block the bike lane" but nobody enforces it. It's like they just gave up.

Honestly, isn't it kinda the drivers' fault for not just being more aggressive and claiming the road? Bikes don't pay registration or gas tax, so maybe the bike lane is a luxury, not a right.
