Walked into a shop in Portland that still had a full set of Park blue shop towels on the wall

I was over in Portland last Tuesday visiting a buddy and stopped into this little bike shop off Division. The owner must be in his 70s, he had that old school Park Tool blue towel roll hanging right next to the register. Made me think about how most shops now just use the cheap brown paper from the restaurant supply store. I asked him if he still uses the yellow grease for headsets and he laughed said he switched to marine grease about 5 years back. Kinda miss the smell of that old shop vibe with the metal bins of loose spokes and the bell housing full of used 9 speed cassettes. Anyone else notice how even the look of shops has totally shifted away from that 90s catalog feel?
