Unpopular opinion: banning phones at my chair is the single best thing I did for my fades
Six weeks ago I started telling every client the phone goes in the drawer before the cape comes on, and my cut times went from 45 minutes to about 30 with way fewer mess ups. The guys whined for two days and now they actually sit still and talk, so tell me why so many shops are still scared to do it?
