Had to pick between a cordless and a corded trimmer for my station

I was setting up my new barber chair last month and had to decide between the Wahl Senior cordless and the corded version. I went with the corded because I figured I'd never have to worry about battery dying mid haircut. After about 50 cuts though, I'm second guessing myself - the cord keeps getting in the way when I'm trying to do the back of the neck. Has anyone else made that switch and regretted it?

Wait, did you try switching the cord to the other side of the trimmer? Some Wahl models let you flip the cord outlet so it hangs away from your arm. I used a corded Oster for years and realized I was just holding the cord wrong the whole time. Also, maybe try a lightweight extension cord that loops over your shoulder instead of dragging on the floor. That way you get the power of corded without the tangles.

Why bother with all that cord management when a good cordless trimmer just works right out of the box?
