Vent: I gave my 6 hens frozen watermelon in a 100 degree July and half the flock went on strike for 3 days
Two of them laid through it fine but the other four just sat in the shade giving me dirty looks, so now I'm debating whether cold treats mess with their system or if it was just a fluke of that hot week in Phoenix. Anyone else had a treat backfire like this, or am I reading too much into it?
