Had a pilot yell at me over a tiny wiring issue last Tuesday

I was working on a Cessna 172 at KPAO in Palo Alto, double checking the GPS antenna coax. The pilot walks up and starts saying how I probably messed up his whole flight plan. I just showed him the loose connector I found and asked if he wanted it fixed or not. He calmed right down after that. Anyone else ever get blamed for something before you even had a chance to explain?

Wait, he yelled at you before even seeing the problem? That's wild. I had a guy at Torrance PZNO flip out on me for "taking too long" with his oil change. I hadn't even gotten the cowling off yet. He was pacing the whole time. Some of these private pilots think they own the ramp. Like we're all just waiting to ruin their day on purpose.
