Rant: I called those $99 open transport quotes bait, then a dispatcher in Fort Worth proved me wrong
I figured the cheap quote was just there to get my number, but when I called back the dispatcher pulled up the exact route, a truck already heading from Dallas to Denver, and locked the $99 in writing with no deposit. The car landed in 4 days with zero scratches, though I did have to meet the driver at a Walmart parking lot off I-35. Anyone else had a budget quote actually hold up, or did I just get lucky with the timing?
