Took 6 calls and 3 visits to get a broken water main fixed on my street in Decatur
A pipe burst on our block back in March and it took the city 9 days to even send someone out, then they patch it and it busted again two days later. My neighbor kept calling 311 and finally got a real person who said our ticket had been closed by mistake. Anyone know if there is a faster way to get the water department out here, or do you just keep calling until someone listens?
