My neighbor in Grant Park told me to stop calling 311 about the pothole and just email the city council rep directly
Honestly I had been calling 311 about this same pothole on my street for like 3 months and nothing happened. She said she emailed her councilmember's office with a photo and a cross street and the thing got patched in 9 days. Has anyone else had luck going that route or is it just hit or miss depending on who reps your district?
