Trusted a $30 foundation repair quote in Marietta, big mistake
Had a guy come out to seal my crawlspace in Marietta. He quoted $30 per linear foot, said it was the standard rate. I knew it felt low, but he was so confident. Turns out he used cheap plastic sheeting and no gravel layer. My sump pump basin started filling within two weeks. Paid another company $1,800 to rip it all out and do it right. Has anyone else gotten burned by bargain basement foundation quotes around here?
