Vent: I spent $40 on a 'premium' online course about asking better questions and it was a total waste.

I saw an ad for this course promising to teach advanced techniques for getting clear answers in any situation. The videos were just a guy reading basic tips I could find for free. The whole thing felt rushed and the promised community forum was empty. Has anyone actually found a good resource for learning how to ask things the right way?
