Serious question, I tried sifting a creek bank behind my uncle's place in Ohio and found nothing but modern junk
Last Saturday I spent about 3 hours sifting a gravel bar on a creek near Chillicothe where my uncle swears people used to find arrowheads, and all I pulled up was a 1970s pull tab, two rusty nails, and a lot of bottle glass. I was digging way too deep at first and probably washing all the small stuff right through my screen before I figured out to slow down. What screen size do you all use for creek hunting, and does depth even matter that much on a bank like that?
