I thought the 'lost' Roman fort in Carlisle was just local legend

Worked a dig there last summer. Found a coin from Emperor Hadrian's time, 117 AD. The soil layers matched the old maps exactly. Anyone else have a site that proved the old stories right?

My uncle's metal detector beeped over the same spot for twenty minutes at a family picnic.
