Hit 100 tree removals this year, here's what surprised me

I passed my 100th removal of 2024 last Thursday on a big red oak outside Boulder. The one that got me was how many calls are for trees that only needed a good prune a decade ago, not a takedown. Of those 100, I bet 30 were avoidable if someone had just called an arborist back then. Has anyone else tracked their numbers like this and seen a pattern?
