Rant: bokashi bins blow worm bins out of the water for small apartments | Apartment Composting

I ran a worm bin under my sink in a 500 sq ft studio for 8 months and it was a fruit fly factory that I had to babysit constantly. Switched to a bokashi bin last spring and it just sits there quietly fermenting everything, even meat and dairy, with zero bugs. Anyone else make the switch, or am I missing something about why people still deal with worms indoors?
