That keypad mounting height spec exists for a reason
I fixed a system last week in Austin where someone put the keypad at 62 inches for a wheelchair user, and the monitoring station kept getting false panic triggers from elbow bumps, so why are we still letting customers ignore the 48-inch rule for ADA installs?

Heard a similar story from a buddy in Dallas, customers always think they know better.
