Had a customer tell me her alarm kept going off for no reason at 2 AM

Went out to a house in Maplewood last Tuesday, lady was fuming because her system triggered false alarms three nights in a row. Turns out she had a new cat that kept jumping on a motion sensor in the hallway, setting it off every time. Anybody else run into pets causing false alarms and have a good fix without swapping out the whole sensor?

Could you adjust the sensor's sensitivity maybe that'd stop the cat from tripping it?

Wait, did you end up just pointing the sensor somewhere else or taping cardboard over it? I had a friend who just moved the sensor to face away from where their dog would walk and it worked fine.
