Saw my mom's old air fryer recipe book last weekend

I was cleaning out her attic and found a handwritten notebook from 2018 where she wrote down her first air fryer chicken recipe. She had notes like 'try 5 mins less next time' and 'add more paprika' scribbled in the margins. Made me wonder how many people still keep paper recipes versus just saving them on their phones these days?

Phones are better, paper just takes up space and gets lost.
