PSA: Frozen wings vs fresh wings in the air fryer, not even close

I tried two batches of chicken wings back to back last night. One bag of frozen party wings from Costco, then some fresh wings I got from the local butcher shop downtown. The frozen ones came out dry and took 25 minutes, but the fresh ones were juicy in 18 minutes at 380 degrees. Has anyone else noticed a huge difference or am I just bad at timing frozen stuff?

Man I always thought frozen wings would be basically the same but you just convinced me to test fresh ones this weekend.
