Remember when you had to explain your whole project to a client with just drawings?
I was at a construction show in Denver about two years ago, and a company had a demo for an AI tool that could turn a simple sketch into a full 3D model. I gave it a rough drawing of a kitchen layout I had on a napkin. In maybe 30 seconds, it generated a walkthrough video showing the cabinets, lighting, everything. The client I was with just stared and said, 'Okay, I get it now.' That was the moment I stopped carrying around giant roll plans for every meeting. Now I can make changes on a tablet right in front of them. It cut our approval time down by more than half. Does anyone else use something like that for client presentations, or is there a better tool out there?

Yeah, that moment where the client just gets it is everything. I had the same thing happen with a deck design. I used a basic app on my iPad to sketch over a photo of their backyard, and it made a 3d model right there. They could see the railing height and the stairs instantly, which was a huge worry for them. I mean, before that, I'd be pointing at 2d plans and they'd just nod, but you could tell they were unsure. Now we solve those worries on the spot. It totally changed how I do every first meeting.

What app did you use for that?
