My crew's AI scheduling tool just hit 98% on-time project starts for the quarter
I mean, I was just hoping to cut down on morning chaos, but it's actually predicting travel delays and material shortages. Has anyone else seen a jump like that from a single piece of software?

Congrats on basically buying a crystal ball for your business. Our old system just sent "late" alerts after the fact, which was super helpful. Sounds like your software actually earns its keep.

Ugh, @ellis.jennifer, that sounds so frustrating. What's the point of an alert if it just tells you something already went wrong? It's like your system was just there to rub it in. I've dealt with that kind of reactive tool before and it just makes everything feel like a scramble. Getting a heads up before things blow up is a total game changer, it lets you actually fix stuff. Really glad you found something that works ahead of time instead of just reporting the mess.
