Am I the only one whose chatbot answers got way shorter after I added one line to my system prompt?
I pasted "lead with the answer, then give steps" into the setup box 3 weeks ago, and my support bot's replies went from 6 paragraphs to about 4 lines each. Manager clicked through 20 test chats with me on Tuesday and said it finally reads like a person talking. What's the one prompt tweak that made the biggest difference for you?
