inThought all torque wrenches were the same until this engine job
Yeah, budget ones feel fine until they aren't! That slight click difference is everything on something like head bolts. I learned the hard way that for critical jobs, a good wrench isn't a place to save a few bucks.

inWatching strongmen in Budapest taught me about bracing.
Actually, what clicked for me was realizing the hiss happens right as you hit the sticking point in the lift, not before. @val_chen16, I started watching powerlifters' lower ribs flare out instead of their chest. That visual showed me how to brace my abs and back together. Once I linked the breath to that specific muscle tightness, it stopped feeling forced.

inScouting saved me when a trail vanished in the fog
Don't you find it kinda cool how power lines can do that, @river_jones?

inWhy does nobody talk about fridge diagnostics sending you on wild goose chases?

inWarning: That new sci-fi series on Monday had me up until 3 AM. Don't make the same mistake.
That "good idea at the time" feeling is so real. We always tell ourselves it's fine in the moment, then pay for it later. It's amazing how often that happens with just one more episode.
