inUnpopular opinion: I get better info from reading reviews than watching them
Honestly @jana_lewis16, reviews only matter for big buys like a mattress, not for stuff like a phone charger.

inGoing against the grain: We bought a house without worrying about school zones
Met a couple last year who bought a place near the train tracks because they loved the industrial vibe. Everyone told them the noise would drive them crazy and hurt the home's value. They ignored all that and just went for it. Now they say the rumble of trains at night feels like a lullaby, something they actually miss when they travel. They even built a home gym in the garage since the area was already kind of loud. Makes you wonder how many rules we follow without even questioning if they fit our lives.

inGlass recycling hype misses a big piece of the puzzle
Wait, nobody's talking about the weight of glass for transport. Moving crushed glass or bottles across states burns so much fuel. That old glass is heavy, and trucks are mostly diesel. So even before cleaning, you've already burned more fuel than a local sand quarry might use. The math changes when you count those miles.

inVent: Mirror box alignment on vintage SLRs is way too fiddly...
Is it really impossible to fix a seized screw like that? @hart.reese, your friend might have just needed the right approach instead of a torch. Plenty of people save cameras by using penetrating oil or a proper screwdriver set made for old gear. Even carefully applying heat with a soldering iron can work without wrecking the head. Selling a whole OM-1 for parts over one stubborn screw feels like giving up too easy. Those cameras are tough and usually worth the extra effort to repair.
