I took some pine boards in to get cut for a basic plant stand. The employee marked my lengths and said it would be perfect. When I got home, not a single joint was square and the pieces were all different widths. Now I have to sand everything down by hand just to make it work.
This has forced me to cancel and move client appointments around last minute. It's creating a real trust problem with my regulars. You might want to check your own order timelines.
