I finally synced smart plugs with my meeting schedule

Honestly, I set them to activate my office gear before calls. My monitor and speaker system turn on by themselves. Tbh, it saves me time and hassle every day. Ngl, it's one of the best additions to my setup.

Try adding a desk light to the routine too.

That's a smart move with the desk light, but have you thought about using the plugs for after meetings too? (like turning everything off with a delay to save power) It could help with a clean shutdown routine, which I always forget to do. Setting things to turn off by themselves might be just as useful as turning them on. Plus, it cuts down on standby energy use without you having to think about it. You end up saving time and money in the long run.
