Yeah that part about "real strength over time" hits hard. I was totally that person buying every new piece of gear or following the craze that popped up on my feed. Switched to just basic lifts and consistent walks a few months back, and it's the first time I've actually seen lasting change instead of just being sore and confused. All that noise was just distracting me from putting in the actual work.
