I finally got to touch the alien head from the 1979 movie set
My cousin works at a storage place in Burbank and he called me last month saying they had a box labeled 'set pieces, do not open.' I was super skeptical because people always claim random stuff is from movies. He opened it anyway and there was this weird rubber alien head with cracked paint and a note taped inside saying 'Kane's facehugger, take 2.' It felt too legit to ignore. I looked up the production photos online and the shape matches the one in the background of that deleted scene. Has anyone else actually held a prop that turned out to be real, or am I just lucky?
