A customer told me my soldering looked like a spider had a seizure

This was about a year ago, fixing a vintage radio in my shop. The guy was nice about it, but he pointed at a joint and said, 'That looks like a spider had a seizure.' I had been rushing, using too much flux and not enough heat. Now I always take an extra second to clean the tip and make sure the joint is shiny. Anyone else get a comment that made them slow down and do it right?
