Update: showed my cable tray to a buddy who does server racks and he tore it apart
He looked at my zip tied bundle under the desk and asked why I was bundling power and USB together, so I pulled the 6 cables apart, ran them in separate velcro wraps with a 3 inch gap, and my USB mic static just vanished.
