Bamboo stirring stick or metal thermometer probe for temp checking milk foam?
I rebuilt my espresso machine wand last weekend, went back and forth between using a cheap bamboo stick for stirring or buying a proper digital probe, ended up with the stick but it broke on day two, has anyone else regretted skipping the $15 thermometer?
