I fixed my sore back from brake jobs with a kneeling pad

My knees and back would kill me after working on brakes without any cushion. Grabbed a cheap foam pad from the garage, and now I can focus on the calipers without the pain. It's a small thing that really helps.

Real mechanics don't need pads, just better form.

Without pads, even perfect form leads to joint pain.
