Spent 6 hours building a jig for my table saw sled, then realized the fence was off by a hair
I was in my garage on a Sunday trying to cut 20 identical drawer sides for a dresser I'm building. Kept getting tiny gaps on one side no matter how careful I was. Finally put a square on the fence and saw it was out by maybe 1/32 of an inch, which was throwing off every cut. Anyone else fight with this, and do you trust the factory fence or just build your own from scratch?
