Spent 11 days chasing a greasy film on my plates, turned out to be my rinse aid setting
I was ready to blame my dish soap and bought 3 different kinds over 11 days before a plumber friend asked what my rinse aid dial was set to. It was cranked to max, which left a film that felt exactly like leftover soap, and one twist down fixed 2 weeks of frustration. Anyone else get fooled by their dishwasher settings instead of the soap itself?
