Learned that Dawn's pH is way higher than I thought

Checked the SDS sheet last week for a customer asking about mild soap for their new granite countertops, and Dawn sits around pH 9.5, which surprised me since it always felt gentle on my hands. Any dish soap actually safe for stone, or am I stuck with the specialty stuff at the hardware store?
