Bought a $40 drawing tablet stand, best thing for my back in years

I was hunched over my desk for like 6 years doing commissions, and my neck was killing me every night. Finally grabbed one of those adjustable stands from a local shop near Portland, cost about $40. It angles the tablet up so I'm not staring down, and it honestly fixed my posture in a week. Anyone else deal with neck pain from working flat, or am I the only one who waited way too long?
