Just noticed our shop's comeback rate dropped after we started doing 5 minute road tests instead of 2
We started logging every comeback in a notebook back in March, and the numbers went from 11 in one month down to 3 by June. Turns out most of them were small stuff we would have caught if we actually drove the truck instead of just backing it out of the bay. Anyone else find that a longer test drive saves more time than it costs?
