TIL a bench angle change from 12 degrees to 8 degrees got folks to actually sit and wait at my Coventry stop
Spent two weekends last month testing both layouts with cardboard mockups after a rider said the wait felt like being watched. Now I have four riders chatting at the stop instead of standing in a line, so what angle actually worked at your stop and did anyone complain?
