A locksmith in Cleveland told me to lie about my dog's name and it worked
Last month I called a locksmith after locking myself out, and while he was working he asked if I had a security question on my bank's phone line. I said yeah, my dog's name, and he told me to never use that because half the answers are findable on social media. So I changed it to a fake name, and two weeks later someone actually tried to reset my account over the phone. The rep asked for the dog's name and the caller guessed wrong twice. Has anyone else dealt with phone reset attempts like this, and do you use fake answers too?
