Rant: stop dragging the load sideways when you boom down, the chart already told you not to
Watched a guy on a 60 ton Grove last Thursday swing a 4,000 lb bundle about 15 feet out of radius because he was booming down and slewing at the same time. The load chart shows your capacity drops fast once you get past that arc, and he was already at 85 percent before he moved. If you keep the boom up and slew first, then boom down, you never load the wrong part of the chart and the machine stays happy. How do you all teach this to new guys, because telling them twice clearly is not working.
