Threw away $80 on a keratin kit that ruined my client's hair
The at-home smoothing system stripped her ends to straw so now I'm paying for 3 deep conditioning sessions out of pocket, anyone else had a brand fail like this that you'd never touch again?

Yikes, that's rough. So was it the brand's fault or did you skip a step in the process? I'm asking because I've seen people blame the product when they really just didn't follow the timing right. What was the brand, if you don't mind sharing?
