Client showed me a photo of her hair from 2019 and asked why it can't look like that again
She sat down last Tuesday and pulled up an old Instagram pic, and I could see right away the ends were fried from a bleach job she got at a mall salon in Tampa. I told her straight up we'd need to cut about 2 inches and do a bond builder before any color, and she actually agreed instead of walking out. How do you all handle it when a client's goal photo is basically a photo of damage they want back?
