Charging extra for curly cuts, fair or just another money grab?

I charged $25 more for a dry curly cut last month and half my clients blamed me for it, but the other half said the shape lasted 3 weeks longer than any wet cut. Do we hold the line on pricing for technique, or does that just drive people to the walk-in chop shops?
