I stopped booting from USB and switched to a network PXE server for client reimages
Everyone at my shop swears by USB drives for reimaging, but I set up a PXE boot server on an old Dell OptiPlex in the corner and it cut my reimage time from about 25 minutes down to 8. The USB loyalists keep saying it's overkill for a 3-bench shop, but I haven't touched a flash drive in 2 weeks. Anyone else running PXE in a small shop or am I just making extra work for myself?
