Appreciation post: the old guy at the shop who told me to stop swapping parts and start writing stuff down
He said 'you are just guessing with your hands, kid' when I burned 3 hours on a no-boot out of Norfolk, so now every ticket gets a note on what I tested and what the voltages read. Anybody else keep a paper log, or did you all move to something digital?
