That time a new member asked me for a tool I'd never heard of
I was volunteering at the Westside tool library last Thursday when a guy named Carl asked if we had a 'drain snake auger'. I had to admit I had no clue what that was. He explained it was for clearing a clogged sink pipe and showed me a picture on his phone. We didn't have one, but I added it to our wishlist right then. What's the most obscure but useful tool request you've gotten at your library?
