@carter.hugo, what's your fix for the paper friction problem when people just rush through it anyway?

Was it still on paper. Man that is such a recipe for disaster.

People are missing how paper forces slower, more careful work though. @carter.hugo is right about the disaster risk, but that extra friction can actually prevent stupid mistakes. The real problem is when you rush the paper process.
