I just flushed $75 down the drain on a 'community management' webinar
A friend sent me a link to a paid online class promising to teach me how to build a better online forum. I signed up, thinking it was a solid investment. The whole hour was just basic, vague tips you could find for free in any old blog post. The presenter didn't answer specific questions and just kept pushing his expensive masterclass. Has anyone found a genuinely helpful, no-nonsense resource for this stuff?

Always check the sender's actual email address, not just the name.
