Hit 1000 lines of code on my first project and it felt weird

So I'm working through this Python tutorial for beginners and yesterday I realized my little calculator program was at 1000 lines. I know that's nothing for real devs lol but for me it was like whoa I actually stuck with something. I started like 3 weeks ago just messing with print statements and now I've got like 15 functions doing stuff. Has anyone else hit a random line count and just sat back for a minute?

What feature in that calculator makes you most proud to have coded?

Hold up, are we really celebrating hitting a round number in code? I mean, congrats on sticking with it and all, but 1000 lines isn't some magical milestone where you've accomplished something huge. Sometimes that just means you wrote a lot of repetitive stuff that could be cut down or you didn't use loops right. I've seen people write 500 lines for something that could be 50 and it's not exactly something to brag about. Are you sure you actually needed all those lines or are you just counting because it looked cool?
